We like to say, “Our national presence means we can be there when you need us.” People like Gregg make that possible.
Gregg Walsh joined our team as the Regional Operations Manager in Colorado Springs. He’s got a big job, which includes providing strategic operational oversight, growing our business in the region by making our COLSA capabilities known to DoD customers, and maintaining the corporate culture for our Colorado Springs employees.
“I hope to bring innovative solutions to our customers while also helping our people grow and thrive,” Gregg told us. He said he chose COLSA because he saw an opportunity to work with people who are passionate about defense missions, and he wanted to join a culture that focuses on people.

Gregg isn’t just a great cultural fit. With a 32-year career of engaging in consulting assignments for federal clients, his experience covers content development, strategic planning, exercises, mission analysis, program management, and program acquisition.
“I supported mission development and the stand-up of missile defense missions in the US, Europe, and Indo-Pacific,” he said. He was also a foundational member of the team that created a space industry vertical at a global software company.
With a family-centered culture, it’s important that our employees spend time doing the things they love with their families, and Gregg is no exception. Outside of his career, Gregg says he enjoys trail running in the Colorado Mountains and hiking with his wife and their two Bernese Mountain dogs.
