Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Program Executive Office for Cyber and Networks Directorate (HN) announced Applied Research Solutions, Inc. (ARS) as the awardee of the EPASS 73 Task Order. COLSA will support ARS as a significant subcontractor for the contract valued at $1.22B for a 5-year period of performance. ARS, a Dayton, Ohio headquartered company will work with COLSA and other subcontractors to deliver decisive combat operations through net centric solutions that drive dynamic integration of information and systems across air, space, and cyberspace domains.
The new contract began February 1, 2025, and key priorities include Digital Engineering, Digital Transformation, DEVSECOPS Environments and Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2). The complex portfolio of programs supports aerial networks, crypto and cyber, enterprise IT and cyber infrastructure across systems engineering, acquisition, program management, foreign military sales (FMS), cyber and IT, and software systems engineering disciplines with fully qualified and cleared personnel.
ARS and its team operate across over 13 geographies on this program with major operations in Concord, MA; Dayton, OH; and San Antonio, TX.
