Mr. Ledbetter is presently the Vice President of Cyber Programs for COLSA Corporation. He has over 25 years of management experience as a U.S. Marine officer, having served as an Infantry Officer, an F/A 18 pilot and Acquisition Officer. As COLSA Vice President he provides executive leadership over numerous Cyber programs that span over four locations—Tampa, FL, Huntsville, AL, Honolulu, HI, and Quantico, VA, and across multiple Program Management Offices and Program Executive Offices.Prior to being appointed Vice President, he served as the Program Manager of the Systems and Software Security Engineering (S3E) contract with the Software Engineering Directorate (SED). While the PM of S3E, Mr. Ledbetter managed multiple cyber efforts to include: Information Operations, Information Assurance, Risk Management Framework, Computer Network Defense (CND), Trusted Supply Network, and National Guard/Reserve Initiatives.Mr. Ledbetter has also served as a Senior Military Advisor to Marine Corps Systems Command where he worked to further Technology Transition Initiatives to include: Mobile Modular Command and Control, Disruptive Tolerant Networking, Handheld Command and Control, and Secure Communications Controller. In addition, he worked with COTS products in the handheld market to solve capability gaps in existing Acquisition Programs.Mr. Ledbetter has served 25 years as a U.S. Marine in both an active and reserve capacity. He is currently a Colonel in the reserves where he serves as a liaison to PEO Land Systems in Quantico, VA. He is a graduate of the Infantry Officer’s Course, Naval Flight School, Amphibious Warfare School and Marine Corps Command and Staff. Mr. Ledbetter has completed combat tours in Iraq as a Provisional Rifle Company Commander and in Afghanistan as a liaison officer for Marine Corps Systems Command while fielding the Mobile Modular Command and Control vehicles.He holds a BS degree in Mathematics from Troy University and an MBA from Auburn University with a focus in IT Management. He is a DAWIA level II PM as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt (Auburn University).
